Established in 1979, Shashi Krishna College, Thatia is an affiliated co-educational institution located in Rosera, Samastipur, Bihar. The college was founded with the objective of extending higher education opportunities to students from rural and semi-urban areas.
The institution offers undergraduate programmes in Arts, Science and Commerce and is affiliated to Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga. Its academic environment combines classroom learning, practical exposure, library resources, sports and student-support activities.
Since its establishment, Shashi Krishna College has worked to make higher education accessible to students in and around Thatia, Rosera and adjoining areas of Samastipur. Over the years, the institution has steadily developed its academic programmes, student services and campus facilities.
